Datasar Automation realizes custom automation projects at manufacturing and distribution companies. As a family-run SME, we work with trust, responsibility and clear communication. You become the pivot on the site between client, workshop and partners.
Your duties
- On-site coordination of assembly, installation and start-up (Belgium and abroad).
- Monitor schedules, distribute tasks and monitor quality/safety.
- Direct and support (sub)contractors and in-house technicians.
- Prioritize technical issues and escalate to engineering as needed.
- Communication with client: progress, risks, completion points.
- Guide delivery: testing, documentation, training, punch list.
Your profile
- Strong technical base (electromechanics/automation) and experience in project or site management.
- You manage people with respect and clarity.
- You keep an overview, work in a structured way and steer for safety.
- Languages: Dutch; English is important. French/German is a plus.
- Driver’s License B.
Travel frequency
- Approximately 60% of your time will be on location (domestic and international), depending on the project phase.
